How it works?

We are aware that, when it comes to sourcing directly from a European factory, there are two main issues that must be addressed with maximum solvency: physical distance and minimum quantities. This is the reason why we have developed a program based on maximizing service. In our understanding the key word is FLEXIBILITY.

Production flexibility

The factory maintains an intermediate stock of the basic profiles of the collection, which are finished according to the specific decorations of each particular order. This shortens the production time to less than two weeks.

Flexibility in quantities

The production steps that require larger runs in order to achieve the best costs are absorbed by the intermediate stock. In this way we can be more flexible in the requested mínimum quantities per finish since they only affect the final production steps.

Shipping flexibility

MoB will take care of managing shipments from the factory to the United States or to your home if you wish. By consolidating orders from different clients in one same container, we ensure regularity in departures.

Daily Available Updated Information

We consider direct contact with the molding factory to be key, and for this reason we have designed a useful computer tool that provides permanently updated information to our customers. Not only about your ongoing orders, but also about the production status of all the items that make up our collection.

This tool will enable you to know the current production schedule at all times, including the stock levels, live information about  what is running and what is about to be produced. The immediate benefit it brings is to be able to better and more efficiently coordinate your stock levels with the always difficult forecast needs of material.

This information should provide a new level of flexibility to your purchase department, hitherto practically non-existent between an American customer and a European molding supplier.
